What Our New Custom Home Owners Think:
We originally started looking at homes with at least 2,000 sq. feet,
basement, 4 bedrooms and a large yard; needless to say that was
difficult. We had located a builder. They kept insisting on things
that I didn't need, so I decided to compare. We continued to look at
Spec Homes [and] a few Cookie Cutter homes and the quality was
horrible. We had to sell our home to buy the new one and it sold very
quickly. Kim was very easy going and willing to do what I wanted.
Kim said all the right things and let us rent a duplex to live in while our
home was being built. I have heard numerous horror stories [about]
builders, [but] everything seemed effortless and we had an overall
good experience with it all.
